Dan is a Principal with more than 12 years of cross-functional consulting experience, leveraging a broad background in strategy, technology, M&A, and operations. He has extensive experience partnering with clients on complex, large-scale business transformations, systems integration programs, and M&A transactions.
While at Liberty Advisor Group, Dan has partnered with clients to drive results across a variety of offerings. Dan is a leader in Liberty’s Digital Strategy group. He has helped clients define and execute tailored omnichannel and eCommerce strategies, has led large, complex digital transformation programs, and is a thought leader on enabling customer-centric transformations. Dan also has experience leading critical phases of the M&A deal lifecycle including due diligence, day one planning, and post-close separation and merger integration. His broad functional, technical, and industry expertise, coupled with his results-driven approach, has allowed him to help clients achieve their desired outcomes, reduce risks, and realize tangible financial benefits.
Prior to Liberty, Dan managed multiple large-scale ERP implementation programs within the consumer products and retail industries. Dan specialized in finance and performance analysis leading all phases of the delivery lifecycle on numerous multinational implementation programs.
